Lubbock Landscapes wants to provide you with the most professional service at an affordable price and more importantly, we want to make it easy for you to pay for our services! It is for that reason that we have implemented an online payment system that allows you to pay your invoice/bill online with your credit card and a couple of clicks on your mouse. A note about PayPalTo pay your Lubbock Landscapes Invoice(s), you ARE NOT REQUIRED to have a PayPal account. We use PayPal so that you can have the peace of mind that comes from knowing your credit card is being handled securely. When you pay your invoice online using your credit card, we never see your credit card information, and PayPal makes sure your privacy is safe. On the home page of the Lubbock Landscapes website (www.lubbocklandscapes.com) you will see a link titled ‘Online Payments!’ When you are ready to pay your invoice/bill, simply click on that link. 
Step 2
When you first become a customer with Lubbock Landscapes, we create an online account for you. Your username is always the email address you provide us on your New Customer Form and the password is sent to you automatically via email when we set you up in the system. If you did not receive that email, or otherwise need help logging in, feel free to call us. 
Step 3
When you have successfully logged in, you have several options available to you. You may view your invoices and account statement, you can click Pay Now to pay your balance in full, or you can update your profile information.  
Step 4
When you open an invoice to view/pay it, you will see a link at the bottom that says ‘Click to pay with PayPal.’ Again, this does not mean you are required to have a PayPal account. To pay your invoice, click that link. 
Step 5
When you click the link, you will see a screen presented by PayPal that looks like this. Unless you want to pay your invoice using your PayPal account, simply scroll down and find the section that says ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ and click the Continue link to pay with your credit card without a PayPal account. 
Step 6
At this point, if you’ve purchased things online in the past, you should feel pretty comfortable with the rest. Simply input your Billing Information (that matches the credit card you are going to use), Review the Order, and Submit the order.
